Directions of use:
Attach 1 carabiner clip to the ceiling or solid object
Attached the opposite end to the equipment that needs hanging
To move the equipment up, pull the free end of the rope until the desired height is reached
To lower the equipment, press and hold the release button until the desired height is reached
