Shipping Policy

UK SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery Charges to the UK Mainland:

  • Free Delivery: Orders £150 and over

  • Standard Charge: £12.5 for orders under £75

  • Heavy Item Surcharge: Additional £5 per item for heavy items (e.g., 50-litre bags of soil), applicable at checkout regardless of cart value.

  • Special Courier/Pallet Shipping: For awkward or very heavy items, a shipping fee of £50 is charged. This is a subsidized rate, as the actual cost is higher. This fee is added at checkout, independent of cart value.

UK SHIPPING TIMES

  • Dispatch Goal: Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 days.

  • Delivery Timeframe:

    • UK Mainland: Next-day delivery for orders dispatched within 1-2 days.

    • Other UK Regions: Approximately 2-3 days for delivery.

  • Availability and Delays: Dispatch times are subject to stock availability. Generally, orders are aimed to be dispatched within a maximum of 5 working days from the order date.

  • Non-receipt of Parcel: If the parcel is not received within the expected timeframe, please contact the store for assistance.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Broadway Gardens Horticulture, we hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you have changed your mind and wish to return the product, please see below for more information on our Returns Policy.

In summary, we cannot accept back any items that have been opened, used or have damaged packaging, and must be within 14 working days if you have bought the wrong thing / no longer need it.

Conditions

  • You have had the items for no more than 14 working days or less (not including weekends or bank holidays) after the day you receive the goods from Broadway Gardens Horticulture.

  • The items are in their original condition and unopened ready for resale by Broadway Gardens Horticulture.

  • If returning faulty goods, they must be returned in full - a replacement, if needed, will be a like-for-like swap.

  • The purchaser is not a business or company that has bought the goods with the intention of re-selling them to a third party

  • Upon recovering the return of an unwanted item, we will refund your order minus the original delivery fee and a 15% restocking fee. If you reject the delivery before it arrives, you will be refunded a £20 return delivery fee (or £60 if by pallet), minus the original delivery fee and a 15% restock fee.
